My mother insists on going here every year and while I can't argue about the quality of the food, I can't see paying what they charge myself. They also serve lunch in the store but I've never taken advantage of this. The spiral cut ham is awesome and the turkey breast is great for sandwiches.”

“I was very unhappy when the cashier informed me he would not let me have a large $1 drink because there was not many large tops left by the drink dispenser. I assured him that I wanted a large. He still refused because of the tops. I walked to the tops and picked one up and walked back to the counter. I showed him the top. I then insisted that I had a top and wanted the large $1 drink. He was not happy and shoved my cup at me. Where's management when you need them?”

“This McDonald's is okay sometimes they mess your order up but if so all you have to do is make a call to them and they will fix it right away and shout out to my girl Cherokee y'all say hey to her when you go through if you see her she is the best. “Showed up about an hour until closing and placed our order about 10 minutes after that. After about 45 minutes of waiting for our food the manager came out and gave us his sincerest apologies that the kitchen had somehow missed our order. At the end he said that our meal would be on the house, something he certainly didn’t have to do. I think that goes to show how much dedication the staff of the neon pig have to making the customer happy. On top of that, the burgers were delicious. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Tupelo.”

“The new remodel seemed geared to discourage dinning in with it's cold blank decorations and fewer seating options. The counter also seemed less inviting since being reduced two registers and half the counter space. The service however was really good and the food was fresh. The remodel just lacked that welcoming warmth McDonald's was always known for.”
