The staff is always incredibly friendly at Penn’s in Flora! The food is always as delicious, as expected. Does this place have healthy food? Absolutely not - everything is deep fried. However, if you view the menu before ordering, you know that your belly will be oh-so-happy, regardless of the results of your clogged arteries. I love the popcorn shrimp with a side salad - their ranch is homemade!
