Panera Bread

My order was 35 minutes late and my pizza was cold. I’m not complaining about the quality of food but when you’re weary from traveling, a hot meal is preferable. No complaints about the delivery person either, she was very pleasant. I give them somewhat of a pass since we are in a pandemic but maybe in the future, they could try to make sure they send the food hot.

I LOVE Panera bc I used to work there in another state and I know the quality and ethics of the business.... this Panera does a good job preparing the food and the service is usually pretty good, every now and again I'll encounter an employee who would obviously rather be somewhere else, but the good out weighs the bad.

Great food and great service. The staff are friendly. The portion size appears to be less since Covid-19.

We were driving through the area on a road trip and got there 20 minutes before closing - the manager, Maurice Williams and his staff were extremely kind and took care of our hungry family with 5 star service and a warm smile despite the late hour. We truly felt welcome and were happy to have a delicious, healthy meal before hitting the road again. Thank you!
