Great little place off the road great food from burgers to home cooked meals! Wonderful food great prices!!

Nice folks. Like eating in someone's house. Stopped in here Sunday with Little Joe Ayers. We both had cheeseburgers. Very tasty with a sweet brioche bun. Crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy. The lady who runs it is very polite. Her father, Tim, was there and he gave us a great tip on a joint in Phillip, MS since we were heading that area. Place is out front of where they have the Hill Country Picnic. Only complaint was no iced tea

This is the current actual location of the historic Betty Davis BBQ. This operation goes back over 60 years. It still has the old Mississippi country charm the harkens back to a bygone age of slow cooked bbq and the cooking down sorghum molasses. Everything here is still done as it always was. The owner still raises his own hogs on the property behind the store. You cannot get more farm to table than this!

Try EVERYTHING. This kind food almost doesn't exist anymore. Everything is hand made from scratch. Everything. Eat it. Talk to the owner. This is vanishing living history. They even have old country store prices. Jus amazing.
