Laws Hill Fish House

Great food and normally good service. We went later today. Had our usual Catfish but also ordered a steak. A couple that came in after us, got their food, and left before we got our food. Steak was good but the catfish was fried too hard. We got one cup of tater sauce for 2 whole catfish. We never got the waitress attention to get more. Nor could I get hot sauce.

Great place to pop in and eat at. Wonderful people that don't mind serving you up a nice hot meal.

This little place can't be beat!!! I really hate I didn't think to take pictures of this great home cooking! My daughter & I were looking for something different on our way home so we came here. We were greeted as soon as we came in & told to have a seat wherever we'd like. Within just a minute of sitting we were given a basket of some of the best hush puppies ever made & an awesome bowl of white beans. We new immediately we went to the right place! We ordered a 4 piece fish plate to share & the portions were so large we took home leftovers.
The service was excellent, food was excellent, atmosphere was cozy and nice & clean! We are super impressed and will definitely be back!

Great place... off beaten path but definitely worth drive from oxford

Pretty two lane country road to get to this restaurant. Soon after you sit down, they bring you a tray of delicious hush puppies and bowl of white beans. A great strategy so you will not be so hungry when your food arrives. Best catfish and seafood in the area also great service. We will be back!
