Slim Chickens

The staff is always very friendly, and the food is great. Recently I came in and placed a rather large to-go order and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was fully prepared with anything I might need.

I love this place, it used to be my favorite restaurant in town. Everything on the menu is great. It's reasonably priced. The app is great. However, since the new manager took over the customer service has gone down hill. Ever time I order something online, they don't include cups and I have to ask for them. Almost every time I ask for blue cheese they give me ranch. As I'm writing this I just picked up and online order that had no sauce, no cup, and no fork for the macaroni. It's little, simple things like this that make me not want to come back.

The customer service is on par with Chick-Fil-A which is high praise. Thanks to the student discount on the 'Chick Plate', I am able to go several times a week and always really enjoy it! It's a big step up from eating frozen dinners at home after a long day of class or work. Just remember to show your student ID. Thanks for helping college students, it really makes a difference!
