Moss Creek Fish House

Moss Creek has the best fried fish. It's very fresh and does not have that freaky "fishy" taste or the dark sticky mess catfish sometimes has in it. They cut the filets super thin so it's crispy and delicious just the way it should be. The fried cheese appetizer is the bomb, fried pickles are great too though the batter can be a tad salty. Just don't eat them before an event you don't want to be bloated for and you'll be alright. If you need to fit into a wedding dress soon I wouldn't recommend them. Otherwise, carry on. The hush puppies are yummy, the turnip greens are a little sweet, heads up for you diabetics out there. They have good service as well and anyone who can tolerate my loud barbaric children is a winner in my book. Go to Moss Creek for your next family dinner!

Awesome fish and shrimp but hush puppies were overcooked

Fried fish was great, Blackened fish and shrimp was fantastic.

Not quite a 5, but awfully close...
I wasn't expecting their turnip greens to be sweet. Not my favorite. The grilled catfish was probably the best grilled catfish I've ever had. My wife really enjoyed the fried shrimp. Service was pleasant and pretty quick. We'll definitely be back for more!
