O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

We have got several times a server name is Lane Ole Charley’s found a gem when they got him. My experience here was quite negative until he showed up. What a AAA plus for this location. I am truly glad Clarence found this person and his personality. My ladies group is beyond excited to continue to come here every week. Please hold on to him he will be the one to bring customers back. 5 stars is not enough for this young man.

my meal was definitely flawed.

most of my rice didn't seem fully cooked and I think the "imperial stuffed crab" had something wrong with it. The crab was fine, but the part looking like half a ravioli was like biting into glass. (edit and credit that parts not meant to be eaten, thanks, the amount of times I wish food came with instructions ??.)

the burger was good, the fish was good and I'm sure as time goes on they will improve.

overall fifty fifty, feels like playing minesweeper with my meal, this is good, thats a mine.

They are managing social distancing very well. Our waitress, (I feel bad for forgetting her name but it started with a J) was very friendly and attentive to our table. We were a party of 4, each ordered something different and all the food was good. I had the Louisiana steak and it is hands down the best steak I've had in a long time. There is a bit of a wait but keep in mind the kitchen is also serving to-go orders, however we had our food within 20-30 min.
