    Always slow, sound systems usually unintelligible, but the servers are polite and the food is typical sonic

    Food is great but last 2 times I've ordered off the app, we have had to go to the door after it said food was coming out to get our order. Waited 30 mins when food was ready at 8pm. It was cold and the order was wrong.
