Sage - Columbia, MO

Incredible new spot in downtown Columbia. Wonderful cozy atmosphere and delicious food! Perfect spot to meet a friend for coffee and breakfast! Had the biscuit and gravy - amazing - and the eggs were the best I’ve ever had! Please do yourself a favor and visit Sage as soon as possible! Highly recommend!!!

I stopped in for a coffee one day and the atmosphere was extremely open and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and patient with me when I could decide. On another occasion after i brought the coffee I wanted my friends to try it so we stopped in for some food. Not only was it fast service and the staff welcoming again but the food was AMAZING the Biscuits and Gravy had amazing flavor I was worried for the rosemary but didn’t even notice it, it was beautifully brought together and tasted amazing. My friends loved their ricotta avocado toast as well telling me everything perfectly paired together. I definitely recommend if you wanted an all over amazing experience at a coffee shop because Sage now be my go to. THANK YOU!!!!!

I stumbled upon this cozy coffee shop while exploring Columbia, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! Not only does it serve exceptional coffee, but their food menu is equally impressive. From savory breakfast items to delectable pastries, every bite is a treat for the taste buds. The ambiance is charming and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment with a good book. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Cant recommend this place more!

This cafe is amazing! Every detail is beautiful, from the furnishings and silverware to the delicious food. Across the board, it’s a great place to eat and hang out. When you go you must try the brisket bowl, biscuits & gravy, and the spinach quiche! Their coffee is great, my favorite is the Tiger Mocha!

Friendly and patient staff being first time here. Had the Brisket Bowl, fast prep and delicious. Meat tender and flavorful. Eggs cooked perfectly. Taters as well. And couldn't leave without taking home some awesome muffins!!
