These burritos really are crazy good! I had my doubts, as it's located in a former payday loan store but their drive through worked well and the burritos were really good! Fair warning, though - you can easily get two meals out of a single burrito!
Excellent good! We went for the first time and ordered breakfast. We loved everything we got. Generous portions, excellent flavors, fantastic price and great service. We are excited to go back just for lunch or dinner. Pictured is Suegra, yum!
After all the hype I had been seeing and hearing for Crazy Good Burritos, I finally got to try it myself yesterday! I was NOT disappointed. Loved the vegetarian option of veggies to replace the meat. The burrito had a great balance of all the items and flavors. I am not from southern California like a couple othet reviewers have mentioned but I can confirm this tastes as good and authentic as all the wonderful food I have had there on my trips. Besides the food the service was quick and with a smile. It made my day when they even checked to make sure my friend and I were just vegetarian, not vegan, and could have the cheese, etc. Will definitely be returning soon! This place is my new favorite.
I'm from Southern California and grew up eating authentic Mexican food just like this from takeout. It was properly seasoned, prepared promptly, and the lady was very nice. The whole thing just reminded me of home. The tacos were the bomb.com and the breakfast burritos were very filling. I definitely recommend ??
Chicken burrito.
I'll caveat that they're newly opened. Family run, super nice people.
The good: flavors are good, tortilla is very nice, the service is awesome.
The bad: I felt like I was eating a bean and rice burrito. No textures within the burrito, it's a mushy mouth feel. The burrito demands the salsa.
My personal preference is to have texture. Vegetables. Anything beyond beans and rice. Pico de Gallo, onions, lettuce, something. If you're good with a soft burrito, and a big one at that, you'll love it. I NEED CGB to succeed. Columbia needs a local burrito spot.
