Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This place should get 5 stars. Staff always friendly, drive thru always gets my order correct and is fairly quick but there is something that's missing (I just don't know what it is) but it's faster and had friendlier staff than the other one on business loop.

The best 5 buck lunches ever... Between 11 and 2

I actually stopped by to get the free ice cream cone they were giving away for the first day of spring. I went through the drive thru and had to wait a little, but it was worth it and they were friendly over the speaker and I can only imagine how tired they were after saying that phrase all day. Anything with ice cram is great! but D Q's Pork tenderloin is my most favorite sandwich, Burgers are also a good choice followed with a great sundae or what ever. We have eaten here about six times and evertime was so good.

Cashier wasn't friendly. When she brought food over, she didn't bring fries. Tried to tell me I hadn't ordered any, found out I had. When she finally brought them, they were barely warm. I took them back, asked for hot fries. After a bit of a wait, I still didn't get my fries, do had to go up and ask for some. These were finally hot!

An absolute delight!
Upon walking in I was quite overwhelmed with all the choices and sheer size of the menu. The employee who took my order was extremely professional in every sense of the word. I honestly couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted to eat. Caroline was so polite and helpful that I am still blown away by her patience and willingness to help. I truly wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars in a review and would like to note that people like her are a perfect example of what the food service industry needs more of. It's a commonly used phrase and loses some of its merit because of that fact but nonetheless, I don't know what she's getting paid but I'd bet it's not near enough. People in general, aren't nearly as nice as they could be but she more than made up for that fact. The bacon cheeseburger and fries that I ate couldn't have been more perfect. Absolutely delicious, and quickly prepared and brought out. My only regret is not being able to tip her directly as a person would do at other restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who enjoys good food, a comfortable atmosphere and staff that are willing to go above and beyond the minimal requirements of their job. 100% satisfaction from a very grateful customer.
