    Tim & Gina have been kind enough to ask me to taste test their vegan creations & it’s all been delicious. I’ve been vegan for most my life so their vegan truck is a very welcome blessing.BUT.. you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy it. It will be enjoyed by all.

    Gina’s food is amazing! I wish I could have tried the whole menu…let’s be honest, I probably will! Her plant-based culinary skill is only surpassed by her passion for how vegan food can help others live a more satisfying, compassionate life.
