We have loved Imo's for decades. First enjoying the delicious unique pizza in St Louis and having it as a rare treat now that we have moved. Called in for a pickup. Was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later to be told that my pizza was still in the oven AFTER employee took my payment. When I pushed for how much longer it would be the first answer was "I don't know". When I pushed a bit more and told the employee that I had been told 20 to 30 minutes 30 minutes ago, I guess she decided to go and actually look. Turns out my pizza was done, boxed and in the warming oven. And my salad was in the refrigerator ready to go. The salad was not as I remembered no pepperoncinis, one of my favorite parts; two Saltine crackers broken into numerous pieces and not the famous cylindrical-shaped cheese that I remember, just grated mozzarella. Ordered half pineapple on Canadian bacon and the whole pizza was covered with pineapple. A bit disorganized. Disappointing to say the least considering they are the only Imo's in Columbia.
