Red Lobster

We had a late lunch at about 2:30 PM. The waitress was also the only bartender on duty. And she had customers at other tables. The waitress was awesome and really took care of us. Thought I was going to go for the crab fest but got the daily special for Thursday. The daily specials are fabulous. I had more food than I could possibly eat. I had the Parot Coconut shrimp and there were 16 giant shrimp on the plate.

Our server was absolutely wonderful, she was friendly and quick to answer all our questions. (I cant remember her name it started with an A) they were very good at accommodating to my diet and the prices were amazing! Definitely will be back

Such good food. Perfect seating (I'm disabled) and they easily & quickly accommodated my needs. Our hostess even set my walker up by her station (when I asked if there was somewhere out of the way) so she could keep an eye on it. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

Went for the all you can eat shrimp on labor day. I must say as far as Red Lobsters go this one is the cream of the crop.
Last year at another location I was very disappointed and had written red lobster off my list.
Then I was asked to give them another chance.
It took a move from one location to another and we decided to try it again almost a year later.
I'm so glad we did as the red lobster in Columbia Missouri not only changed my mind about red lobster in general but it was the best red lobster I have ever been to.
Everything was outstanding from the moment we walked in, the food, the service, the atmosphere.
In my opinion this red lobster is run the way I would want all restaurants to be run.

Food is great but service was subpar. Been here before a couple of times and realize why I don’t eat at this location. Servers need to retrain how to provide excellent service and create an amazing atmosphere. The tables are usually sticky, hostess not friendly, and expected these things to change for the better over time but each experience has been the same. I hope your experience will be better.
