(November 27, 2019, 1:39 pm)Love this place! Great staff, great deco and fun environment! We rented a cabin there but couldn't rent a boat there so I can only give 4 stars. But it was alot of fun!

(September 27, 2019, 7:10 pm)The grouper was phenomenal! Great lake view location. Good lakeside atmosphere! We sat at outside deck table. The closer you get to restrooms, the smell gets more unpleasant. Almost didn't stay to eat because bathrooms are pretty dirty and natty. Makes you wonder about their kitchen. But we closely observed people around us that were eating. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food so we decided to stay. It was good grouper sandwich. Server helpful even if not overly happy to be there - maybe a bad day for her. Also tried a new beer - Kona "something" Citrus...it was really good! And you can't typically get me away from Coors Light (yes I am a lightweight when it comes to beer!)

(August 23, 2019, 12:45 pm)This weekend, August 23 - 25, 2019, is the 31st Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, hosted by Captain Ron's.
The Shootout is the largest unsanctioned boat race in the US. Performance Boats magazine named it one of the 8 must see boating events in existence!
It is crowded and a huge weekend party, but if you love fast boats (200+ mph) don't miss it.
