“This franchise is in the middle of Jackson so it is a convenient place for me to stop for lunch. The staff are always polite and ready. The dining area is peaceful during midday, but becomes busy at lunchtime. They have lots of affordable options on their menu. The food, more times than not, comes out quickly. I usually order the number 13 hot ham and cheese All Star meal, which is inexpensive and very delicious when it's fresh.”

“While I appreciate the advertisement of hot and ready in theory, I often wonder how long the pizzas are kept hot and ready. Sometimes I get a hot and fresh pizza that was just cooked. Sometimes I get a hot and not so fresh pizza that was probably cooked hours ago with rock hard crust. To be fair, you get what you pay for. For $5, I suppose it’s worth the dice roll.”

“This place has the nicest staff I've ever dealt with. My pizza was HOT AND FRESH and assembled picture perfect! The lack of a full 5 stars is not directed at the employees in any way, shape or form. I will gladly and proudly change it to 5 stars when the delivery area is expanded. Quite disappointed to learn that 4.9 miles away from the store is out of there delivery range. But, there is hot spot for pick up at the DMart. That doesn't help at all when I do not want to or can't drive. Another than that, rant is over and KUDOS!!”

“The place has been very clean till the week of the 16th. I went in the store a couple of times that week like I normally did and everyone was so rude. They acted like they were more of having fun than helping customers. There was a line twice I was there and everyone was in the back spraying each other with bottles. The gentleman with the thick beard was so arrogant and would make comments like he was a gm. I’ve been in since then and it was back to normal. Cleaned and no line. The young lady that wasn’t there was so nice and professional. The beard guy is very rude and controlling. He kept telling me what I need to get. If he’s there I will leave”
