Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

This use to be probably one of the best restaurants of the fast food variety in the area, but unfortunately for the last 3 months or so it has really gone downhill for customer service and repeat errors when you order. Which is sad because it's always been quality. The rude customer service seems to be it's biggest down fall lately and why I will be slowing down trips to this establishment.

Stopped here on or way home from Branson... It was late and I had a sleepy 2 year old with me and my husband. The food was great as always! But what really made this stop great was the awesome customer service! We were paying for our things and my kid was throwing a fit about wanting the tennis balls used in there display. And instead of getting annoyed by my crying child the guy who was helping me appeared with some different balls and gave them to my son... Just the fact that they went out of there way to make sure everyone left completely happy was a great experience for this momma.

Hamburger was very good, service was good, the store was clean. A great alternative to some of the other fast food choices. Prices are competitive, but no dollar or extra value menu.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GET FOOD AND ICE-CREAM! I am in love with this Braum's. The prices are surprisingly low and everything tastes really good. We went there one time because we wanted a treat and we got shakes. They are cheap and big and REALLY good! We went there again shortly after and ate food there. We also bought stuff like milk and yogurt in their market. Again, cheap prices. I love their milk. It says it is easier on digestion and it really is! They also have excellent yogurt. PLEASE go to this Braum's restaurant because you will be amazed at how good there food and ice cream is!
