Hinode Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi

They seated us and it was about an hour until the cook started, but we understand as it is Christmas. I’m sure they were busy today, and it’s much appreciated that they are open on this holiday. We love their sister business, Bawi, and we finally got around to trying this restaurant. We enjoyed it. The server was more attentive than other servers at other hibachi style restaurants.

My family and I frequent this restaurant often. Kind waiters and swift service make this place a comfortable night out. On my most recent visit, my date and I had a hibachi chef by the name of "Willy", he was very accommodating and made the night memorable. If anyone is searching for a new restaurant in town, I wholeheartedly recommend Hinode!

Placed a to-go order tonight and showed up a little early pick it up. Decided to sit at the bar and have a drink. Lora is the best bartender! The girls working the to-go orders, Laura and Ally, were so sweet. I only wish my own daughter was as awesome as these three ladies.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by two amazing host, I believe there names were Cialee and Laura. Wait wasn’t long at all, server was super nice and respectful. Our chef William was terrific, scallops were perfect, everything looked clean and he gave a great show. Love this place and definitely look forward to my next visit

Will is our favorite chef on the hibachi side, the kids love catching the shrimp he throws for them and onion volcano is a hit every time. The service in the drive thru is also excellent. Laura, the girl on the phone who takes your orders, always makes sure we get the extra seafood sauce we order.
