The tacos are fried and have powered cheese on them which is what makes it unique. For all the haters that say it’s not Mexican, they would be right. ITS A KC ORIGINAL.

(March 29, 2019, 4:35 am)I'm in love with In-A-Tub. I've eaten here many of times and it always hits the spot. They put powdered cheese on fried tacos, which seems strange but it is so delicious. I'm also a huge fan of the cheese sticks and fried mushrooms. Its pretty cheap and service is quick.
