Jefferson's North Kansas City

We tried the BBQ platter and the Jefferson burger. Both tasted good. I was a little disappointed in the amount of pork on the platter, I envisioned more because it was titled "platter"; but other than the first look I was not disappointed. The taste was good, not covered in BBQ sauce, I like mine on the side. You have your choice of at least a dozen flavors of sauce which was nice. The sweet potato fries were very good and comes with a cinnamon dipping sauce. The burger was a good "bar" burger. It was cooked just right with a good flavor. We're glad there is another decent restaurant around, not super great, but definitely better than average. It was very busy, so service was not speedy, but it was still good. We will be back to try different items on the menu.

Stopped in for a happy hour. Affordable prices and nice people. Didn't try any of the food and might have had a better experience if I didn't get a $50 parking ticket for parking in the street parking outside for more than 2 hours. Not conducive to hanging around and having a good time.

Great service and wonderful food! Wide variety of unique burgers and sandwiches along with salads and wraps. Lots of hot wings and oysters. Really great experience. I highly recommend!

These guys make some really great wings. Makenzie the bartender was awesome. Really the atmosphere of the place was fantastic. Really excellent service and fantastic food.
