Macarena's Mexican Food

First visit was amazing, second visit was to go for a friend and I, so sampled more items. THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE...finally great Mexican food on the east side of Liberty.
Put this amazing flavorful menu in dining room setting with trimmings...would argue best Mexican food north of the river!!!

The food here is great! It’s a small little store with some dining tables on the other side if you choose to eat there. When they have the Birria Tacos available get them!!!!! Only reason for the 4 stars is the cooks do NOT use gloves at all and touch the burritos etc which is kind of gross, but otherwise good food.

Edit review: I’ve been back several times since this review and the cooks now have gloves and seems to Handle food much better. Changed to 5 stars.

Great food. I really enjoyed the burritos. Mistakenly ordered the Supreme Anaconda Burrito once and it can feed a family of 12. A huge amount of food but very good.

Pretty decent burritos and tacos. Would like to see the asada cut a little thinner but that’s maybe a personal preference. Their chip to dip ratio seems a bit off as you usually have to ask for more chips to finish the amount of dip they give you. Overall not a bad little Mexican joint up here in the Liberty area.

So happy to have a place close to home to get street tacos. Steak was fresh, very flavorful, and tender. Excited to go back and try even more of their menu!
