“I had just come the hospital and had received the bad news l have oral cancer. I hadn't eaten in three days. I made a mistake on what I thought the price should have been. I was very upset and I was pretty rude to Vince one of the Managers. He apologized without a bit of sarcasm. I went and sat down and was trying to decide what I could eat. Vince came to my table and apologized again. He told me some of the deals they had going at the time. I apologized to him for my bad attitude and explained what was going on. He brought the food to my table and asked if I needed to talk. He sat down and gave me some excellent advice and made me feel better. Vince is an asset to your company. He would be an asset to any company. I left feeling like I used to when I visited McDonald's years ago. This man went above and beyond his job description to help a fellow human being out.
