Every time we’ve been to this Jimmy johns the staff are friendly and our order is completed quickly. Even when one sandwich was forgotten, they were very quick to refund and make it right. A great place for us to get a quick dinner! Thanks all!

Smithville JJs has fast delivery and pretty decent food like every jjs. The bread is a bit better than subways since it fits in the Hand better and has a better texture to it. It's probably is the best sub place in smithville at the moment as subway, I can say, is doing so hot. One major disappointment I have with this place is the staff. Everyone is okay but there was one worker who is a furry. If there is one thing I don't want in my sandwich, it's fur.

The food is good most of the time but the service isn’t all that great. If you want to get food from here go through the drive thru. A lot of the times I’ve been here the workers aren’t at the front able to take your order. Not just coming from me, some of my friends share similar experiences as well. You’ll get better service on the one off of North Oak.
