Burger King

I come to this Burger King quite often to get an iced coffee in the mornings before work and they’re always really fast at getting that for me so I really appreciate that. I know when they get slammed it can be pretty tough. I have drove up to the speaker before in drive-through and no one greeted me so I’ve had to drive up to the window but it’s no big deal. Honestly we came here a ton of times and I don’t have any complaints. They’ve always been very friendly and professional.

On a previous visit my sister and I were over charged by the manager/supervisor on shift. When it was brought to her attention she showed no concern and did nothing to resolve the issue. Today we went back and spoke to Kevin, another manager/supervisor and explained what took place previously. Not only did he apologize for what transpired before, but he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Much thanks and appreciation to him, for not only hearing us out but also making sure this visit far exceeded the last. Will definitely be returning!
