Wow what a meal. Seafood gives Bristol a run for the money. Do yourself a favor and order the Scallop appetizer Stuffed salmon entree that comes with a baked potato Lobster Bisque that is a few notches better than Coopers Hawks the salad(simple but quality ingredients) the Tuna entree with cooked spinach size was large and cooked so good. Melted in your mouth. Tried to pace ourselves but couldn’t finish everything. Ready to go back tonite. Going to try the patio overlooking the Missouri River. Pete knows how to cook. Pricing was low for the quality of food. Reilly, our server was always there without bothering our conversation. Ask for her. Joseph

The food was sooo good! Our group had the stuffed salmon, steak, lobster tail, twice baked potato, asparagus, lobster bisque, ceviche...all amazing. Staff was excellent, drinks were quick. The atmosphere is perfect for a nice date night, but also a cool vibe and bar for friends. Will be back.

PS... The bread pudding was a special treat

Service was extremely friendly, steak was delicious. Was everything absolutely perfect? No, but honestly what experience is. It is an absolutely beautiful restaurant, great service & wonderful food. A welcomed new restaurant in Washington mo. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did. Thank you 514 Chop House for a wonderful evening.

My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner- and we were absolutely impressed for this place being open for 3 weeks!

First off, the drinks were great (they have one of the best old fashions that I’ve had in a while).

Second, the food was outstanding! We had calamari and ceviche to start. Both were really good, but by far the calamari was my favorite (probably one of the best calamari I’ve ever had). We both ordered steak (ribeye and filet), which were both cooked perfectly and absolutely amazing (my wife is picky about her filets, usually sending back 9 out of 10 filets for being the wrong temperature). And then they brought out the turtle cheesecake. I love sweets (and even more so, cheesecake), and this definitely did not disappoint!

Third- the staff was absolutely amazing. Anybody we saw or interacted with was friendly and personable- most of all our waitress Autumn, who was an absolute joy to talk to and took great care of us.

Overall, we had an extremely positive experience. We will definitely be coming back- and most definitely recommend this place!

The location is fantastic. They have done a great job on the exterior and interior. The service was very good. But, the food still needs a little work. The steak was very chewy. And, the salmon was just not quite right. The sides were nothing special. The cocktails were excellent, but pricey and on the small side. I’ll try again, but I think I’ll wait till they get their act smoothed out a bit more.
