Applebee's Grill + Bar

We seemed to be bothering them. It was late just had implants put in my jaw and needed soup. Felt unwanted by girl behind bar. Had to ask for silverware. Got eye rolling. Would have tipped better had she been nicer.

Got an email saying the local Applebee’s was doing delivery and the first meal delivery was free. Decided to take them up on it. Placed the order before 8:00 pm. The website and email confirmation said it would be delivered an estimated 8:45. 9:00pm gets here and no food. Call Applebee’s and they say even though it was there own email and and it says nothing about door dash that once the order is placed it out of their hands?? My food has been sitting since 8:20 pm confirmed by the manger. No call saying hey your food is still here because Applebee’s is not responsible and they already have their money so they don’t care. The manager did offer to remake the order which is now another 15 min wait and we have to pick it up so at least we are not out the money and don’t have cold food. DO NOT DO DELIVERY it won’t happen. Applebee’s made it right but please don’t send out emails saying this is an option when its not. I gave 3 stars due to actually getting food but I wish they’d have called to say hey your food still here and avoided all of this

It's Applebees. OK food, OK service. Every once in a while the service varies from great to poor. It just depends on how busy they are and the staff. They do keep the place clean and trash free. Typical fast casual.

The waitress and staff were delightful. The food was 2nd rate and very expensive for what you get. Not much variety on menu. Again cant blame staff, they did their best and were quite friendly.
Staff gets 5 stars food gets 2.5 stars. Cant believe they stay in business but there ya go!
