    The ONLY authentic cajun food in Springfield! All shrimp, crab and crawfish are caught the day before. Very fresh, very delicious!

    Tried for the first time this Saturday, very close to authentic gulf food was very good food, brand new building, very clean, extremely warm and courteous service, pick up only could have used some picnic tables as we live out of town, the to go for gumbo, dirty rice ,red beans and rice and definitely the fried shrimp and catfish, I do however wish they had combo meals wanted to try the alligator also but maybe next time
