    This sonic does a good job with customer service. Most of the employees are very nice.

    Pretty average for a Sonic. They mess up every now and then. The food is mostly good. They have definitely improved quite a bit over the last couple years. Used to take 30-40 minutes just to get one milkshake and it'd be melted when you got it. Now their service is friendly reasonably quick.

    The food is good - just expect a wait. The staff is nice and for the most part they do a good job with getting orders accurate. But it's pretty hit and miss, even ordering ahead on the app, in regard to how long you're going to wait. More often than not, this isn't fast fast food.

    Last night I ordered ahead on the app, as that has seemed to help in the past with being quicker. After checking in it took 20 minutes to get two Sonic Blasts. I finally pushed the button again in the stall after I watched the car next to me get their food after they had arrived 10 minutes after me. My ice cream was brought out in less than two minutes after I did that. Really wish we had more options in Willard.
