Bawi Korean BBQ

We took a trip to Springfield for our son's boyfriend's birthday just to try Bawi. He like Korean and expressed an interest in having traditional style.

The food was outstanding. You cook your meats at the table on an inset grill. The variety of meats was plentiful and nicely prepared. The sides were a little meager, but exceptional in flavors.

The decor was a little plain, without much fanfare or theming. But it was clean and comfortable.

The staff was responsive and able to assist with questions very easily.

If you have every watched Korean drama, then you'll really appreciate this place. It's all you can eat for two hours. It's a really good deal. They have several beef, pork, chicken, and seafood options. It's so fun to cook your own meat. The sides are delicious. The service has been good every time.

Very good experience here. The price is very reasonable, around $17 for all you can eat before tax and tip. They are generous with the meat and sides , and you can have as much as you want for 2 hours. Our server was great and if it's your first time there they explain how everything works. Definitely one of the best values in the area.

It was good if your not real hungry. Many of the dishes I did not care fore. The staff was all smiles and very helpful, making up for many things but not bad. I enjoy a Japanese Steakhouse more than the Korean. Very clean and efficient. Give it a try. Tim S
