Early Bird Breakfast Pub

Absolutely amazing food. This literally is the best breakfast I've had that I can remember. Can be a little pricey, but its worth every penny. Glad I found this place on my trip from Georgia.

Rush (the band), penned a song Subdivisions says “Any escape might help to smooth The unattractive truth But the suburbs have no charms to soothe”- Early Bird Breakfast Pub is that escape in Springfield MO. Atmosphere is what you find in trendy hip city places not in Bass Pro hat wearing SGF- Early Bird has the hip factor. At Early Bird first thing you notice is the friendly atmosphere and leave satisfied with great food. A wide menu and drink offerings. Biscuits and gravy plate was massive, Robin nest - Poached eggs, sweet potato nuggs, bourbon apple ham, broccoli and hollandaise was excellent. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu

Nice restuarant for Springfield's ONLY breakfast pub, as their Facebook profile labels itself, within walking distance of my apartment. Perfect to do some computer work during my early lunch here this fine morning.

I ordered their "bottomless coffee" and their Eggs Atlantis with hash browns, which were all good. I also liked the background music, as well as the pub atmosphere.

If I'm reviewing then it was on POINT! EVERTHING WAS JUST GIVING ME A BUSSIN moment and that's GREAT ! Food, music and service. For breakfast get there early, like right before the doors open. Line gets long quick. I only waited 20 min last time I didn't make it early. It's worth the wait. Grab your crew and grab some great taste @Early Bird

Incredible food, great service, and a nice atmosphere!
It's not your typical menu! That's what drew me in. I got the Robin's Nest without the ham, and it was so good! Husband got the biscuits and gravy, and he was very pleased. What a cool spot! If ever in the area again, we will definitely make this a stop!
