Everytime I go here, I enjoy it. Such good food! I love their pulled pork, spicy bbq sauce and pickles! Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. We live an hour away so every visit we always grab a growler to take home. One of our favorite places in Springfield. Definitely recommend if you like a good beer and bbq sandwich.
The poutine is always on point. The burnt ends are solid. The beer choices are awesome. You can't go wrong visiting here for a few a good beers and some excellent food.
I like citrus-y beers with not too much hops, so the Little Bo Pits was perfect for me! And it went really well with my pulled pork sandwich. I definitely recommend using the spicy BBQ sauce on it - so good! The Mexican street corn was a good side dish as well. My kids loved the chicken wings and chicken street tacos. The menu isn't extensive, but it doesn't really need to be if the food is good - and it is.
Stopped in for a quick drink and some food! The food was delicious. I had a half a slab of ribs and the bacon jalapeño cornbread! I used the sweet and the spicy BBQ sauce and enjoyed both. I had three different craft beers and each were awesome. The bartender/server was amazing attentive for being the only server. We came in from Phoenix and I would definitely make the trip back to go back!
BeerSauce Road Trip: SPRINGFIELD
Lost Signal Brewing was FUN!!
They know flavor! The brewery was across the room from their competition BBQ joint. Cool merch, beautiful can art, and the flavors were totally stand out.
Got some Smoked Pecan Porter and On Air Hazy IPA to-go for the Beer Guy while I tried their housemade BBQ sauce. If you're in Springfield, you've got to stop by. How many breweries can satisfy both your BEER & SAUCE desires??
