Sugarfire smokehouse

Sugarfire is fantastic! I love their specials and a couple of my favorites are the pig muddy, their sliders and then my husband got my hooked on the mongo burger! Each time I visit here the food is great and made to order. They even have great kids meal options even for the grilled cheese eater in your family. If you haven’t been by here yet you definitely have to try it out. Also - their pecan pie is SO good!!

This place is great! Friendly staff...tables are clean & distanced. Food spectacular and plenty to eat. Your gonna love their fountain drinks too!

The brisket is very good. Should have tried the burnt ends. True to the restaurant's name, the baked beans were sweet, extremely sweet. Couldn't eat more than a couple of bites. The potato salad had a flavor I didn't like but couldn't identify. Watch your footing--a prior customer had dumped a container of sauce by the tray drop and my wife took a hard spill. Painted concrete floor looks nice but the sauce made it very slick.

Absolutely the best around! Get a combo platter so you can enjoy several meats and try their amazing daily sides. Get adventurous with their sauces and you will find a new favorite. I’m partial to the jalapeño link with honey badger sauce and the turkey with white and ribs. Always the ribs!

We were in St Louis for a weekend trip and ordered bbq to be delivered and weren’t very impressed. After going to the aquarium we were hungry and decided to go here after seeing some of the great reviews. This place blew our previous bbq experience OUT OF THE WATER. I can say with confidence this is the best bbq my boyfriend and I have ever had. He got the meat daddy and I had the brisket French dip. Both were phenomenal. The first employee we met took our order, and also sliced off the first end piece of fresh turkey for us to sample what would be going on my boyfriend’s plate which he regarded as, “the best turkey he’s ever had”. My French dip was phenomenal...amazing brisket, great au jus! The decor was also cool and we unfortunately didn’t try the shakes, but we will without a doubt be coming back to this place when next time we are back in town.
