“Great food, and surprisingly decent pricing for a downtown venue! Drinks were well made, and the Rasta Pasta was fantastic. However, the service was incredibly slow, and the waitress forgot two different drinks. It also took us 30m to get our check after we were finished eating. This was on a Thursday night, and it was busy but not crowded. Perhaps they had a staffing shortage? Will update when I go back, because I liked the food and prices overall, so I want to give this joint a second chance.”

“My food was very good, you could tell it was freshly made and it got served to me upon it being done. Not to mention my order was completely correct the first try! All the staff were super friendly and gave great service with a smile will definitely be eating here again!”

“The order was very good. My husband and I were staying in town for our anniversary and the service was fantastic and the food was delicious! The bartender had a ton of energy even if it was a slower night. It was a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion”

“Old downtown pizzeria and bar. On-street parallel parking, or a parking garage a couple blocks over. GPS and Google Maps took us near, but not to, the restaurant. Just keep an eye out for the sign. The staff and service were good. They had a decent selection of local brews, mostly IPAs. Only one stout, but it was good. We had pizza, a Philly, and a steak salad. All were good, except that the pizza toppings were not very well spread. Lots of large bubbles in the dough. Facility was about as clean as you'd expect for a pub. Tables and floor were kinda sticky. Menus were water (beer?) damaged. The pizza structure and the cleanliness are the reasons for the 3-star. Flavors and ingredient quality were all great!”

“Really good breakfast. Eggs and hash browns were good. Country fried steak was ok; not bad, but I expected a little better. The kids had the Freedom Waffle and they absolutely loved it. I'm sure on an average day, the atmosphere is great. We went for breakfast on Father's Day and it was CRAZY busy. The staff handled it great though, and it was an awesome Father's Day breakfast!”

“This place made Mother's Day so special. quick and friendly service, great atmosphere, local ingredients, and really impressed my wife and I who are chefs. Our daughters fell in love as well. from the bacon to the eggs, the perfectly toasted hazelnuts in the rice pudding. The perfectly cooked fingerling potatoes, the wonderful sunny side up eggs, the homemade sourdough, the perfectly pressed espresso, and the spiced cold brew is ridiculous. if you have children they freshly press their juices. what a great breakfast joint. loved it.”

“My family and I decided to try a restaurant that we had never been to before. The food was absolutely fantastic!! The prices were reasonable! It was simple an adorable little restaurant in downtown Springfield MO. The best part of this restaurant had to absolutely be the service!!! While we were setting at our table waiting for our food, two ladies walk into the restaurant. They were obviously a little down on their luck. They are seated directly behind us. These ladies are discreetly communicating with the hostess of the restaurant, inquiring about a free meal. The kind sweet hostess offers to get them an order of fries. I would assume that she planned to pay for this order herself out of her tips/pocket. On the other side of the down on their luck ladies was a table of young girls. They offer to buy the ladies one meal to share Then my husband offers to buy another meal. The whole time these things are happening the hostess has is treating all of her customers (including our unlucky friends) with the utmost respect & efficient kindness. I was so impressed!! I would visit this restaurant again without a doubt!! Thank you for the free, oh so yummy dessert!”

“Bomb… BOMB… B.O.M.B. Food! The clerk at our motel recommended this place and it was definitely a great spot for dinner after a full day on the road. Everyone loved their burger - mine had the brisket… I could have eaten just that! Pickles were amazing. Fries and cheese curds (yummmmmm) especially the apple wood smoked fries - don’t pass those up. And our server was extremely polite and very sweet”

“There were aspects of this experience that I really enjoyed and then others that completely missed the mark for my tastes. I really liked the Traditional Margarita, made without margarita mix however the salt on my rim was way too fine for my liking. I got the Ultimate Sergio, a fried burrito that was shaped like a square, mind you, with a mix of chicken and steak. The burrito was fine served with your standard rice and beans, which were both ghastly. The beans were pinto and not refried and the rice was very bland with little to no seasoning.”

“I was treated to a meal at Nonna's by my daughter. The restaurant was clean and inviting and we were welcomed in and told we could choose where to sit as it was not busy at that time. The server was friendly and had a good knowledge of the menu items. The selection was not overwhelming which was good because every item on it sounded wonderful and I could not decide. I ordered the mushroom ravioli per my daughter's recommendation. After a short wait, our food arrived. It looked and smelled wonderful! My first bite explained to me why my daughter loves this place! I was worried that the mushroom filling would be overpowering but it was delicate and lovely. It was served in a cream sauce that complimented it perfectly. I made it a point to finish it all even though I was full 3/4 of the way through the dish. I did not want to sacrifice any of it..it was SO yummy and somehow comforting. My daughter told me that when she had visited on other occasions there was a gentleman playing guitar and that he was very good. She wished he were there then because his playing and presence really added to the ambience of the place and made the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend you stop in and check them out.”

“We were out later in the evening and looking for a good place to eat. Riad was open and they said we could be seated. Shawn was in there working, and was a great help. He explained the menu items and was very knowledgeable. He even put on a show for the kids to keep them occupied. The food was great! We got a gyro bowl for the kids, they loved it. My wife and I got the gyro and it was perfect. We will be going back, the food and service was exceptional!”

“Great venue, great show, and the staff was friendly. But... The service was crazy slow, despite the fact that the staff were working very hard. I was barely able to order two drinks in the 2 hours and 45 minutes I was there. You need to ditch that big food menu and focus on booze. You are surrounded by great restaurants. Nobody is comming to the comedy club to eat. You need about four QUALITY appetizers and no other food at all. You will make more money and have happier customers if you keep their drinks full.”

“This bar was a nice little venue on the outskirts of downtown. Clean and good beer selection. Tables and seating were nice. Bartenders were friendly. We saw a band there and it was a good venue. My only complaint would be that they need to be more aware of the sound. Whoever was mixing didn't have a good balance.”

“I guess I have to pick a star, so it will post. The stars do not reflect a review, just an anticipation for future dining. Just found this place while getting a haircut nearby. We don't do phone orders with an unknown restaurant so... When they open for dine in with servers, etc., we will be in for dinner. :O)”

“Delicious. I suggest a groupon, if available. Good service, good food, nice atmosphere. Their dinner is about 25$ minus drinks. If you love meat, you are going to be one happy camper, but don't let them push the cheaper stuff on you (like bread and cheaper meats) while being stingy with the better cuts. When they give you a sliver of an expensive cut, just ask for more until you have what you want, because they will try to meatloaf you into being full, which is cheaper for them.”

“The staff was friendly enough, but not all KFCs are the same. This one does not offer baked beans as a side. This one does not give a senior discount on the two-piece meal or at least that's the way it was explained to me. then when I got to the window after finally haggling over what was the best deal for me to take I asked for an extra butter I had to pull forward and wait 2 minutes or more for my meal to come out because they were temporarily out of biscuits and I didn't want to eat cookies with my meal; luckily when my meal came out, I remembered to check it before I drove off and found it had no butter at all. So I had to pull over go back to the window get yelled at like I told I couldn't come inside when I said all I want is the butter that was supposed to come with my meal. They were just loud they didn't yell at me meanly or anything and I told them I was sorry for being a pest and they said I was fine so it was polite enough but just was kind of not what I was hoping for.”

“One of my all time favorite restaurants. Pains me to say this. They let me down, big time. Be cautious when ordering from these characters! Asked for sauce on the side when I ordered a large Cashew Chk....they gave me zero sauce.”

The best Italian food in Springfield by far and the service is impeccable! Very safe and secure as well. In house or to go you can’t go wrong. Roland Young”
