“I usually like to share only great reviews but this one kinda irked me. I will start with the good. The fries were fresh and perfectly cooked, crispy with soft interior and perfectly seasoned. The fried pickles had a great breading that didn’t flake off. The green beans and baked beans were standard sides nothing to write home about. Now for the rough part of my meal. My go to dish for any place that calls themselves a bbq restaurant is brisket. What I was served was inedible, the fact someone sliced that and served it to a customer is shocking, the bark was shredded by being so over cooked it looked like alien pink tentacles. We were there when it opened around 11:10am. So I’m guessing it was yesterdays jerky they sliced me. Should have been 86ed instead of embarrassingly serving to a guest. Was told they got new smoker, is not an excuse, you don’t serve sub par food period!”

“Tried the Reuben and it was one of the better ones I have had in Springfield. I will Say it is the best just was a little heavy on the sauerkraut. It still came out really good though. “I came back To this location for my second time today And thank goodness it was still good like the first time! The employees seem really nice and attentive! I went to the Chesterfield location a few weeks ago and I didn't end up with exactly what I wanted. I thought I ordered a single....So I got the single ugly burger again today at S Glenstone and I love the onions, the type of pickles (slightly sweet) and type of lettuce and whatever that sauce is. orangey like fry sauce? I doubt you would have to worry about them skimping on any of it. Now usually I am not a big burger fan and I aim to eat a lot of vegetarian food But currently I am Also aiming for high protein. So if I like a burger, it must be really good! I am a foodie that loves craft food and drinks.I'm excited to come back and try the cauliflower burger! I always forget about it till after I order! “We had seen this little place a few times and finally tried it for lunch. We are more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is relaxed, lots of textures and colors and a nice feeling overall. Our waitress was so super sweet, attentive, kind and happy 😊. Now, the food..sooooo good! We were so stuffed! Excellent flavors, great portions, zero complaints. You can cut the steak with a fork and the veggies underneath still have just the right little snap to them. We will definitely be back, with family joining 😊”

“If you’re looking for a fun place near Missouri U, then you gotta check this place out. It’s on the corner with a small parking lot in front and a decent sized patio with a couple corn hole games. It actually looks like a small building from the outside but once inside it’s pretty huge. It’s multi level and multi room with many good quality pool tables. The bar probably seats 10-12 and the cool thing is the kitchen grill and fryers are directly in front of you as you’re sitting at the bar. So you see exactly what the chef is cooking and you’re able to interact with him. The food was good and so was the crowd the evening I was there. The owner is super present and hands on. I like that because you know he cares. I would say don’t judge it by the outside appearance and take a walk inside. I know you’ll be impressed as I was.”

“Very very nice! Wonderful lounge area with fountains, calm, relaxing. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. Beds are so wonderful and I'm very picky in that area so that's saying alot. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. I'm not just saying this as some empty blanket review. I was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. I'm going to go there now just to sit in that peaceful lush lounge with a glass of wine when I want to hide from the world.”
