My first Foodie's Fare experience was pick up from The Farmer's Daughter in Thayer. Clean eating outside of one's own kitchen is a challenge. The 2 dishes we tried were exceptional! Upon learning they'd be back in Thayer, I put it on my calendar as a "can't miss this opportunity event". Even so, my husband and I made the trek to the Farmer's market in West Plains last week just to pick up 6 meals (and a whoopie pie - yum). We've tried, and immensely enjoyed: butter chicken, chicken sabzi, beef stroganoff, turkey teriyaki bowl, and chickpea sabzi. I still have 2 in the freezer, but am rationing until closer to my next "refill". I'm so happy to have found them. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!! Highly recommend!!
This friendly "Indian-inspired" takeout is excellent on every front. An array of both meaty or veggie options and all unique to this area. Highly recommended!
Delicious! The best gluten free food in West Plains! When I make it town and catch them at the Farmers Market I stock up and freeze a few. My favorite is the Pork Vindaloo and Butter Chicken. They normally have a dairy free option too.
Picked up lunch and dinner from them at the farmers market today. Lunch (butter chkn) needed seasoning. Dinner (chkn alfredo) was pretty good!!
This Pork Vindaloo meal was kept in my freezer for a couple of weeks. I let it thaw in my refrigerator and re-heated it in the microwave today for lunch. It was so incredibly good! The pork is so tender & flavorful and the rice reheated really well. I cannot wait to order this dish again!
