Ruby Tuesday

Had to seat ourselves, and nearly had to serve ourselves. Did not get a drink refill that wasn't asked for after hunting down a server. Salad bar was good.

Michelle and her staff went above and beyond to help me give my 3 yr old granddaughter a birthday party at the last minute. Our meal was terrific and the service was excellent and our server never lost his smile. Even when the kids started getting a little restless...🙄😳

Nice atmosphere and equally nice service staff. Dine early for lunch and score a fresh and yummy salad bar selection is always my plan. They have a good membership option.

I love this restaurant! The place has elegance! I love the little touches, like table cloths and linen napkins. The food is very well prepared and the wait staff are wonderful. It's a great place for date night and just bringing the children!

Typically, I do my best to not dine in West Plains due to mediocre dining options and mostly mediocre customer service. That being said, we absolutely LOVE Ruby Tuesday in West Plains, Mo. We've dined there for years and almost always have an incredible dining experience there. Our favorite menu choice these days is their unlimited soup and salad bar. RT has always been the king of salad bars. Always delicious, always fresh and staff works very hard to keep it clean, orderly and pleasing to the eye and palate. While my spouse loves RT flavored tea options, I enjoy RT wonderful frozen margaritas. Pricing is fair and we love the low-key atmosphere. That is until we arrive. Lol. Our server; PAIGE is absolutely the sweetest, kindest, most customer-focused person We've ever met. PAIGE' customer satisfaction skills, friendliness and attention-to-detail talents are off the hook!!!!. In our opinion, Paige is the epitome of customer service and the embodiment of Ruby Tuesdays.
