Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Friday afternoon for lunch, my first time eating out in a restaurant within the silent monster virus. Very skeptical at first. It was just 3 of us in my party. All the waiters & waitresses wore mask & gloves. I had on a mask myself, it's my everyday attire. Where we were seated it was only 2 other people in that area. Some booths were blocked off.
Very excellent service from our waitress, & the manager (she even came over to talk to us). Food was hot, delicious,& excellent.
Thank you Cheddar's (hwy 40) for making my experience within the Covid virus very comfortable for eating out.
But still aware of being safe out in public.

We stopped by Cheddars Scratch Kitchen for a late lunch. The restaurant has a very attractive decor. We were seated promptly and our waiter was friendly and attentive. The menu has many appealing comfort food options. We ended up ordering two entrees from the 'Lite Menu'. Both the Tilapia & Shrimp with Mango Salsa and the Lemon Pepper Chicken were very tasty. We would recommend, and return to, Cheddars when in the Kansas City area.

Great food and service! We came in around 5:30 on a Friday and they got us seated in under 10 minutes. The place ran so smooth and efficiently, everyone knew what they were doing. My husband and I both ordered the 12 oz sirloin. It was really good, though it was more rare than medium rare like we had asked. The service was so fast, the food was amazing, and the price was very reasonable, we will definitely be back!

I had a great time at Cheddar's, the drinks and food we're all delicious, the honey butter croissants were flaky, chewy, and sweet. The kickin tenders were so good with the honey hot sauce and had a great crunch. The Key West Chicken and Shrimp was quite tasty as well, the Mac and cheese was pretty average. Everything else was well worth it though. 9/10 would recommend eating here.
