Good food and drink and reasonable prices. They are trying to practice good social distancing, but customers are not wearing masks coming in or out and kids are running around from table to table. They're doing their best but people need to help out

Yum. Red Robins you Gotta have a Bonsai burger if you love pineapple it’s such a delectable treat to the tongue you’ll be so surprised.! The endless fries are so good it’s hard to stop. The seasoning salt for the fries what a tasty treat. And why not have one of those strawberry freckled lemonade‘s they’re extremely delicious only trouble is your strawberries get stuck on your straw. But I guess there’s worse troubles in life to have. The staff here is always super friendly smiling and the management team seems to care what’s going on in the restaurant.

I only gave 5 stars due to our awesome waitress Monica. We were there on a Friday. We arrived right around 5 something pm. There were a lot of people there, really busy. Already had plenty of people waiting for their table. The hostess told us there will be a 25 minute wait. We said okay no problem. We waited in the waiting area for over 40 mins. My wife asked the hostess how much longer will the wait be? The hostess asked for my wife's name. My wife gave her name. The hostess responded with, we called your name several times. We didn't hear her name being called. Even our daughters said they didn't hear. We asked to speak to the manager, another hostess came and asked for my wife's name. She checked the list and said I don't see your name on here. How can the 1st hostess say that she called my wife's name if her name wasn't on the list?? The manager came out and asked for my wife's name. He said he'll get right on the problem. He did find us a table within minutes. He didn't apologize nor the hostess. When we got seated, out wonderful waitress Monica was already informed about our situation. She apologizes for the situation, not even her problem. She was so nice and patience with my whole family. Even discounted our order. She made the evening much more delightful. THANK YOU MONICA!

Tons of burger options. The fries are so good and of course they keep coming. Burgers are cooked to order and for the most part will come out that way. The service is always friendly and helpful. This location stays pretty busy, so the food is always hot. The Impossible Burger is here as well.
