I like it because they love it, but I dont go to chuck e cheese to have the employees be respectful or nice or caring about kids... most just look at u .. they might point to something when u ask.. i have accepted the terrible customer service. I just pray the never have jobs at a daycare where they are unsupervised with kids.

(December 3, 2019, 7:17 pm)Cleaner than I remember (I hadn't been there in years). I like their policy for leaving with children to be sure children are safely going home with the right people. The man at the toy ticket counter told me I had to insert over 100 individual tickets into the ticket counter myself and that it would take him longer to just count them... The scan cards on bungee bracelets is a GENIUS idea instead of coins. Then some fun things not working was disappointing. Overall it was a good experience.
