Definately a great place. Effective drive through system and quality employees. Fast and quality service. Definately reccommend.

CoVID19 has of course put a strain on things... But Chick fil A has been top notch with their drive set up... Especially, the Blue Springs location. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant has the best service of any fast food restaurant ever! The staff if ALWAYS friendly, courteous and helpful. They have someone going around to the tables to see if you need a drink refill or anything else, take your trash and drop off a yummy mint. Along with a smile!! I also love the food!! GREAT waffle fries (I do sometimes ask them to make them fresh and hot, but I do that in almost any restaurant) My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad ~ can't get that at any other fast food restaurant, but I also I love the chicken deluxe. Oh, and great Chicken Tortilla soup! Mmmmm...

Awesome places. Had my sons 3 birthday here. Staff was super friendly and patient with us and all our craziness. One staff member came by and offered assistance and even wished my little boy happy birthday before she left. They truly treat you like its their pleasure to serve you. Thanks chick fil a, independence.

This place is clean, friendly, and fast, even on a BUSY day. The food is real so it is GOOD! Bonus they unashamedly celebrate their Christian roots (yay!). Merry Christmas!
