My family absolutely loves this place. All the items we have tried there are awesome ????. And the staff are very friendly and always check the order. Thank you ???? all of you are awesome ????

I was the only one concerned about spreading the virus. No one was masked up and only those handling food wore gloves. Patrons weren't wearing masks either. We're in a pandemic and I appreciate the store being open just be safe about things.

This place is an Independence landmark close to the Truman Library. I had long heard of it but never ventured there, my mistake. I was in the neighborhood so I took the opportunity and I was not disappointed. The regular size tots were way more than enough and the perfect crispy, the double cheeseburger was huge, tasty and satisfying. I will definitely go back and try the pork tenderloin. It was busy and crowded for a Monday but the experienced crew kept the food moving.

Just another fan of Hi Boy. We are remodeling a friends house and that’s why I was in Independence a lot these past few weeks. Stopped for lunch once, delish. Had to stop again. Right on. Intend to visit whenever I am around. Fab burgers, great staff, fast as fast food but 100x better. No seating. Grab n go baby!!!

Love it they're food is great and filling and they are the only place I've found after 14 years in Missouri that has flavor bust ice cream!
