    The lady at the drive up in Independence, MO off 291 hwy was rude to my friend. Because they got her order wrong.

    It is fast food. Staff is better than most. Fries are healthier but taste terrible

    There very few surprises when you visit a McDonalds....this particular McDonalds has a friendly staff....The is a Manager always present....and there is a good variety of menu items....and it is a great place to grab a snack and/or visit with friends.... My 6 year old and I needed a quick meal before heading to a show at Silverstein. We ate inside and the restaurant was really clean. The staff was very nice. They even kindly exchanged the toy for my daughter when she wanted a hot wheels car instead of a Barbie.
