“I like the menu options. Sadly, the service over the past year or so has suffered which means that the food is often presented sloppily and sometimes skimped on. Be prepared to wait awhile for your food. I watched as 3 people worked to prepare food as they bumped into each other, double filled an order because they didn't talk to each other and then stand and kind of look around in confusion. Never thought they'd get my soup ladled into a bowl. When the finally did, it was in the bowl, down the sides of the bowl and on the tray. Argh. So frustrating.”

“My friends and I stopped to grab a snack while shopping at Independence Mall...the pretzel bites were very good...a little high on price, but good...the cheese isn't like regular nacho cheese...we ate the pretzels without the cheese...wasted 2.00.”

“Lovely little visit after church. Grabbed a dozen doughnuts and a couple of coffees. The girls had iced coffee and we got a mixed variety. Fair price and neat as a pin. Decorated cute for Christmas and a manager hopped up from his bookwork to help ilia instead of waiting for other staff behind the counter. I appreciate that. I’m not typically a big chain donut type of guy but this one did the trick. I think a dozen doughnuts and a regular and an iced coffee for maybe ~$17.”

“Scooter's is my FAVORITE place to get coffee!!! I never really liked Starbucks coffee!!! I liked their frappuccinos and that was it!!! But once you try a Blender from Scooter's, YOU WILL NEVER RETURN TO STARBUCKS AGAIN!!! Scooter's also has AMAZING coffee, lattes, teas (iced and hot) and espresso!!! Their bagel sandwiches are pretty good too!!!”

“I just recently move to Independence and finally stopped in - always try to support local businesses! The owner is so sweet! Her cupcakes are amazing! She sells pizza too! Haven't tried it but plan too. She sells homemade salsa for a friend of hers AMAZING! Very fresh! Definitely stop in...we were not disappointed.”
