Dear Dunkin: an old fashioned donut and a plain cake donut aren't the same thing. Otherwise I love your joint

Visit this store regularly and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I've visited at random times throughout the day and each visit is a good experience. Kip (one of the front line employees) goes above and beyond w his greetings and customer service. 5 star service

I got six dozen doughnuts here this morning. I called at about 5:30 to let them know about this large order. When I arrived at 7:25, it was all ready for me and perfect. The woman who took my order in the morning was there to greet me and was SO NICE!

I highly recommend this shop. They did a great job!

I come here for the coffee and occasional sandwich. My coffee is almost always great! Sandwiches are usually good but sometimes burned. I give 3 stars because its obvious management short staffs the place. I get the same thing every time and I usually have to tell the cashier my drink order many times. But hey the coffee always tastes good! There was awhile where they didn't have hot food at all because their ovens were broke and their drive thru was down for awhile. Good prices though!
