Had the most delicious Reuben sandwich! Nick, the owner, was super friendly. You can tell it is a neighborhood favorite - lots of regulars in the place. Loved the family-friendly atmosphere! Will definitely be back!

We wanted a good breakfast and we wanted a local restaurant so after a quick search on Google we found Jerry's Cafe. Small but don't let that drive you away. Wide variety of menu items so I went with the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs with a single biscuits and gravy. Much bigger than I expected and the sausage gravy is some of the best I have ever had. Daughter had french toast and that was amazing as well. Stop by there if you don't want the chain store food and a place with character.

Jerry’s is a hidden gem. The food is fresh and delicious. Service is always good. We’ve been for breakfast and lunch. Their club sandwiches are probably the biggest and best in KC. If you’ve never had a pancake from Jerry’s, you’re missing out. It’s my daughters go to place when she’s heading back to school.

It was a last minute decision to go here, was looking for a cheap, quick bite. It's very small but it wasn't crowded at all. The staff was nice. I think the prices were a little too high for what you get. I spent $15 and got a breakfast sandwich and some pickles. The quantity was not large. The sandwich was pretty good but the pickles were a waste of money. Not somewhere I'd say I can't wait to go back too but not bad either.
