Parker at The Fontaine

Excellent food and service. Cozy atmosphere. Waitress Shay was very customer friendly and customer oriented. She was very thoughtful making sure we enjoyed our visit.
The Chef brought the food to our table and explained what each dish was that he prepared. The Manager brought the dessert to our table. Manager was distant and somewhat non-communitive compared to most managers we come in contact with. When I asked a question concerning the dessert he wasn't very pleasant as if he was too busy and didn't want to talk at all. There were no other quest. Poor customer service and example for his employees. I will go back due to the waitress great service.

Fontaine is definitely a up scale Hotel. Fromt Desk Receptionist always makes you feel welcomed. Great Location. Great Service.

This was my first time going but apparently they do these extravagant seasonal themed decorations all the time! It was so beautiful! We ordered holiday themed drinks and yummy finger food. Price ranges $11+ for alcoholic drinks and finger food was $15+ Staff and bartender were very kind which made our experience even better!
