Soiree Southern Cajun Fusion Steakhouse

The food and cocktails are so good! This food is a luxury. The menu is well thought out and varies enough to hit every taste. It's not for kids though or adults that order chicken tenders everywhere. It's high-end Cajun meets southern comfort food. The greens! The greens are a flavor like none you've tasted. Smoky, sweet, spicy goodness that makes you feel like your Grandpa is hugging you around the neck! The seafood varies throughout the year but the oysters are fresh according to my friend. I don't eat oysters but my friend eats a dozen pretty much every time we go to Soiree.They are a little short staffed so be patient because it's worth the wait every time. Don't be rude and expect fast food! Also, get the sweet potato cheesecake. It's amazing!

A little expensive but definitely worth it. Great food! Great drinks! Great music! I love this place.

I feel the prices or higher than they should be, they are serving frozen seafood at fresh seafood prices, it’s a difference. Our server was great but the manager was rude. It’s a nice establishment but prices definitely need to be tweaked because the price of salmon and rice should not be 27 dollars when I can go to Cheddars or Texas road house and get it for 13.99.

I had the opportunity to dine in for lunch and I must admit the menu is amazing. The bar menu is superb and the atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was more the friendly and encouraging of menu items. I was greeted by 5 different staff members including two of the chefs. I most definitely will be back. Great job.

Excellent service. Great variety of foods. Gourmet chefs. Creative libations (made from scratch marshmallows). This place is a "must visit" destination in the historic 18th and Vine jazz district whenever you're in Kansas City Missouri. We go every weekend!!
