    We decided to try the new Firehouse Subs in Lee's Summit and we're very impressed. The sandwiches were extremely fresh, hot, and the taste was amazing. Theybhave plenty of extras to add on to any sub, such as jalapenos or onions, with a number of tried and true recipes. I very much recommend it over some of the older sandwich chains in the area.

    This was my first experience with Firehouse Subs and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations. The food was hot and delicious and the staff was very friendly. I hope they maintain these standards. As it stands, if you're considering stopping in - YOU SHOULD! You definitely won't regret it.

    Very good subs. Kids enjoy it and they give them a fireman hat. Very clean and the customer service is amazing. My favorite is the turkey bacon ranch and my daughter loves the meatball. I won’t go anywhere else for subs!!
