Julia was an great help, with customer service. She made me feel comfortable.

Great experience overall. Fast service. Tasty food. Did a walk in order with momma bear on Mother's Day. Store was very busy. But I must add the cook despite going 100 mph pays very good attention to detail. While I was ordering the cahier accidentally rang up my order differently from how I asked. I didn't say anything because you guys seemed busy enough. However though when we received the food it was exactly the way we wanted it. And then on our way out he held the door for us and told my mom "Happy Mother's Day" which I think was very polite. I didn't catch his name, but I believe his co-workers were calling him "Joey." And it doesn't hurt that he's kinda cute and has a nice smile.

Love love love this location go here all the time and get great service through the drive thru ! Julia always takes great care of us and practically remembers our order ! She also does a great job of trying to get people download the app and join the loyalty program. I always have a pretty long order and I am very thankful for her patience. Highly recommend this Fazoli’s!

A toss between sit-down and to go Italian food. Good menu, with lunch specials during the week. Portions are plenty. Their bread sticks are a favorite, however extremely inconsistent at every location. They are garlic bread sticks. Sometimes, just bread sticks ...but we find if we ask them for garlic bread sticks not dry ones we are ok. I seriously gave this a 3 because I get so frustrated about the bread sticks. They are singlehandedly my whole families best part. (How hard can it be?).

Store is generally clean. It would be nice if their trash area was in the back so customers didn't have to hear all the clanking the whole meal and everything that goes with it. It's basically having the busboy station out in the dining room. It is nice they want to clean up after you, Corporate just hasn't thought it through completely. Kind of like the strange bookcase sitting in all their locations that you hardly ever see anything on.
